About Carleton Sheets

After college, Carleton Sheets worked in private industry for nearly ten years. He became a full time investor in 1970. His television show, "The Carleton Sheets™ Program," has been running continuously on the air for almost 20 years, making it the longest running television program of its kind.

Carleton has been awarded the "S.R.S." (Specialist in Real Estate Securities) designation by the Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute. He has been named in "Who's Who in Real Estate" and "Who's Who in Real Estate in America." In 1992, Carleton was inducted into the "Real Estate Investors' Hall of Fame." In 1984, Carleton was invited to the White House for a discussion on creative real estate finance and investment. In 1994, he met with key congressional leaders, including Senators Graham and Dole, and former Vice President Quayle, to discuss the rights of real property owners. One senior Senator even commented that Carleton's course might be the best alternative to Federal Housing Programs that exists today!
