The Alliance Systems CSU is a compact, high-density channel service unit used to provide T1 demarcation between a customer and a service provider. The CSU is designed to provide alarms and loopbacks on both sides of the demarcation point. The DSU provides T1 or V.35 to a data device such as a router and DDS circuit to POS (point of sale) equipment such as a credit card scanner.
